It will be interesting times


Since the players will now be considered employees, if they have a CBA and sign contracts, the schools can structure those contracts so that players can't transfer in their 4 years, schools can trade the player to another school, and whatever entity that negotiates the CBA with the players' association will be able to set a salary floor and a salary cap.

It will be very interesting how the schools doing this will be able to deal with the Feds and Title IX.
